ATHLETE
Our athlete program is customized according to each athlete’s sport, their strengths, and weaknesses. A certified and degreed coach leads the 60-minute session from start to finish. Each session will consist of a comprehensive warmup, plyometrics, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning. We offer a 2-Day or 3-Day training option with various designated time periods to choose from. No matter if you are in middle school, high school, collegiate, or are a professional, we train athletes to improve their performance and compete at their highest level and ability.

GROUP
Our adult training programs are personalized to each individual’s needs, goals, and levels of exercise experience, whether beginner or professional. No matter the issues or injuries, we meet you where you’re at so you succeed. This is made possible through small classes and our coaches who know how to specifically tailor each session to you. Every session is 60 minutes long and includes foam rolling, a dynamic warm up, functional strength training, and conditioning. Let us help you get to where you want to be, live a happier-healthier life, and form life-long relationships from being a part of our community.
2-3 days a week
PRIVATE
If small group training is not for you or if specific needs require it, we also offer one-on-one training. Private sessions vary when it comes to scheduling and pricing depending on who you have as a coach and how often you desire to train. Just like it would be with our small group training, each session is programmed by your coach to personally fit all your needs and goals, and they will stay with you the entire time to ensure proper form, encouragement, and accountability. No matter in a group or training by yourself, you will get the same customized/distinctive experience.
